Terms of Service

Effective May 16, 2026

By using Kickin, you agree to these terms. If you're using Kickin on behalf of a company, these terms apply to that company.

The service

Kickin monitors marketing event integrity — detecting missing events, broken tracking, and cross-tracker mismatches. Server-side event sending is available on paid plans. We're a monitoring tool, not a guarantee that all events will fire correctly.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account.

Accounts are workspace-based. You can invite team members to your workspace.

Acceptable use

Use Kickin only on websites you own or have explicit permission to monitor. The following are not allowed:

Monitoring sites you don't own or control

Reverse-engineering or extracting code from the Kickin script

Circumventing plan limits through technical means

Using the service in a way that violates applicable law or harms others

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual plans are non-refundable except in the case of a service failure on our end that we can't reasonably resolve.

If we raise prices, we'll give you at least 30 days notice before it affects your account.

If your usage consistently exceeds your plan limits, we'll contact you before making any changes to your account.

Your data

You retain ownership of all event data, configurations, and anything else in your workspace. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle it.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the Kickin software, script, and platform. You get a license to use them while your account is active.

Disclaimers

Tracking environments are complex. Browser extensions, ITP, ad blockers, and platform changes can all affect event delivery in ways outside our control. Kickin helps you detect problems — it doesn't make your tracking bulletproof. Don't make irrevocable business decisions based solely on Kickin data without cross-checking other sources.

Limitation of liability

We're not liable for campaign losses, attribution gaps, or revenue impacts caused by tracking failures. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us during that period.

Termination

Either of us can end this at any time. If you cancel a paid plan, your workspace reverts to the free tier and your data remains intact. To have your data deleted, contact us at support@kickin.io. If we ever shut down the service, we'll give you as much advance notice as we reasonably can.

Changes to these terms

We'll notify you by email at least 30 days before making material changes. Continuing to use Kickin after that means you accept the updated terms.
